Easy yet tricky.

It was very easy to use. I just had a few problems. I was not able to select Head of Household. and i did not get my max refund. Over all. This is ok. New fees added this year have made even the basic settings more expensive. Will not use next year. :(

I have been using turbotax for years and they have always taken care of me. Easy to use and makes taxes less stressful. I appreciate you guys. only reason for taking a star off is because I feel like the fees for upgrading to be able to add a 1099-NEC seems a bit excessive, and you weren't very clear on how much it would be. When prompted to upgrade to be able to add the 1099 it just said it was an extra 39 dollars, not 39 for state and 39 for federal and 40 for "pay with refund." I would just be more clear about the fees.
