WORST EVER HIDDEN FES and ROCESSING CHARGES

worst experience ever with this year's Turbo Tax. Was told I could go back and add a form and could not. Had to clear all information and start again. Got stuck AFTER PAYING at the page to sign my name and it kept sayingN was not signed as shown and it was. THIS TOOK FOREVER THIS YEAR. A PROCESSING CHARGE OF $40 to have cost taken out of refund is ridiculous, So is the charge for PA form. I couldnt remove it from my cart.

Turbo Tax has changed!

Disappointed that they don't tell you how much they are going to charge you until the end. After spending an hour and a half working on putting all the information in they tell you that you can't file for free and now will have to pay. I will not be using next year.
