Good, but could be a little better

I've used Turbo Tax for years. I am an accountant by profession and consider it as good as most of the tax software we used at the CPA firm I used to work for. My only complaint is that new customers get better deals than loyal pre-existing customers. Perhaps a discount based upon the number of years a customer has used you might be incentive and make your customer feel valued.

Easy to use, importing my information was a simple drag and drop and filling in all of the other information was almost completely pre-filled.
