TurboTax is great

TurboTax is very direct and provides useful resources to explain what you're needing to input if you're not sure what it is asking, like if the question is confusing since a lot of the questions have an overall heading with more information underneath. I found my experience using the site very smooth and quickly to navigate. It also has appropriate pricing.

Easy to use, allowed me to go at my own pace. Although at the end there were fees that were not seen when first began. took over $100 of my return for "fees"

Its okay,

Please allow all three available options to file taxes from beginning: Credit Karama 5-day early, IRS 5 day early and stander filing no fee. Unfortunately, I did not have the option to say no thank you/skip the refund early until I completed everything and then pushed review. The button to skip was then available. not sure why this happened, surely this is a simple fix if all options were the beginning.
