Turbo Tax has gone downhill.

I have used Turbo Tax for years. This year, the on line format is hard to follow and hard to find information . It did not allow me to transfer last years information into this years return.

Last year's experience was much better. This year's programming was not as smooth. And the AI assistence was not very helpful. I uploaded my forms from my computer and the program had a hard time reading them even though the printed forms were clear. I had to give up on the state return as it was misreading a form and the programming was very confusing. It kept identifying our TSP distributions as taxable income even though that is not the case for the state of Pennsylvania. I was disappointed this year as last year the format was entirely different and quite easy to navigate.
