It was very difficult to get back to my tax form and was greatly helped by the representative in not only finding this but also adding and finding my AGI so that my taxes could be filed.

TurboTax is the way to go. I will continue to use this product. Easy to use except for entries concerning RMDs and NQ annuities. The instruction questions did not align with my rationale of the information being requested. I had to revisit multiple times to get things straight. Overall, a good experience.
