TurboTax was okay

The see more option readily available throughout the whole process was convenient , but the process wasn't as easy as expected. The time estimate was also not very accurate.

I went through the online filing just fine. It was great. At the end, I developed a hitch and had to talk to the AI assistant that was not helpful, but did arrange a call with a real person. I talked to two and they were both great. The problem was that my husband's email address was required and he has chosen not to utilize emails. So there was no way for me to proceed. The support people solved the problem and they were great. However, for the few people that don't want emails, there should be another option. Thanks and I am so happy my taxes are done!
