misleading promo said it would be free free free but I got charged for servive which is why I went to different service before.

I spoke with 4 people and the 5th finally was able to help me. All my info name phone # email could not get access to my account, Jennifer logged onto my computer and was able to locate me by my credit card payment,. SHe then had to troubleshoot with someone else to try to find my tax filings Finally was able to edit and efile. Jennifer said she would try to get me a credit for all the issues I was having,

Good for federal - Not for state.

Very Good for federal frustrating for Massachusetts tax return or those with federal civil service pension. Could not file state return electronically this year because of error that system identified but could not fix.

RELAX with Turbo Tax!

Turbo Tax is great! For me they are the very best. I don't rent property or have technical business, therefore Turbotax walks me through from one end to the other and it is a breeze. Their info is clear, they autosave should I walk away in the midst of filing, they are just standing there waiting to resume the INSTANT I come back, from the exact spot I left, it is just amazing how much they can do automatically if your life is not complex. I have been with them for years, and they will be the only ones I go through for the rest of my life. THANK YOU for being fast and easy. It is about time that SOMETHING works right in my life!
