This is the first time I used Turbo Tax online and found it to be very easy and quick to complete my taxes. I especially liked being able to just scan and upload forms and the program gathered all of the necessary information.
Pros: My employment status changed this year

They lure you in with a $49 rate, then once you've done everything they hit you with an additional $40. Kinda sketchy in my opinion.

Asking for too much payment

They make it easy for filing tax return but they force you to upgrade and then ask you again for $40 processing fee. They don't give costumers a choice

I've been a customer for nearly 20 years, its only gotten easier to file taxes. 100% recommend to anyone who is unfamiliar with the whole process as it is really that simple with Turbo Tax guidance.
