could of been clearer

everything was great until the end i didnt know i was going to be charged to file when i sign up for free but understandable wont be using it agin next time

The return information is very good and easy to follow. BUT, THEY MAKE IT LOOK FREE WHEN YOU START BUT IT'S NOT. $40. PROCESSING FEE? REALLY!

Not User Friendly

It was terrible! It took numerous times trying to sign on before I was successful! Then I was repeatedly kicked out while trying to enter my information. After finally finishing entering the information it took me three days of attempting to sign in umpteen times per day before I was finally able to get back into file. Then it took me over an hour before I was able to successfully submit my return because it kept saying "it will take a few minutes for your return to process "! For this I had the privilege of paying $52.92!! What a joke! I'm sorry but since our government requires you to file electronically the software should be provided for free! It's disgusting I have to pay! I refuse to pay to file my NYS tax return to tell them owe them nothing so I do file a paper copy with them. I certainly will look into using a different company next year. At this point I feel you owe me a refund because you have certainly wasted several hours of my time!

Have been using TurboTax since 2013. Easy customer experience. Very easy to follow. Tax return has always been received within 21 days. Always on time.
