I had tried to complete my taxes for about a week and would get stuck on the 1095-A. I called turbo Tax and received the assistance that I needed from one of your team members. She was amazing, caring, and concerned about my issues. She immediately assisted me and the issue was resolved and I was able to file my federal and state taxes.
