there are too many boxes checked automatically by you automatically.... one can easily not see or observe and before you know it something is checked you had no intention of being checked. It is not as easy to navigate as previous years

Easy to use but charging for the program, OK.... Charging to use My money from federal return to pay you more money to get my money is a little over the top, I think. Especially for such a small return. Processing fee.
