Turbo tax is definitely not awesome

I have used turbo tax for many years now and this year I had more problems following filling out my return. For some reason it started me on dividends and interest instead of my income. No instructions on a different form for gambling winnings. It allowed me to enter it as regular income. Why is the refund/payment no longer shown across the top as previous years.

I've been filing with TurboTax for almost ten years now and it's so simple. They even have all my W-2 information uploaded for me- all I have to do is check that all the info is correct and it always is.
