TurboTax Incorrectly Flags Non-Existent WA State T

As a Washington state resident, I was frustrated to find that TurboTax continues to flag my state tax return as "incomplete" despite the fact that Washington has no state income tax. This is not only confusing but potentially misleading for WA residents who may be new to filing taxes in the state.
The software persists in displaying a warning indicator suggesting there's outstanding state tax work to be completed, even though Washington is one of the nine states that doesn't collect personal income tax. This appears to be a UI/UX oversight that TurboTax should address, as it could cause unnecessary concern for filers and reduce confidence in their tax filing status.
While TurboTax remains effective for federal returns, this quirk in their state tax handling system needs attention. A simple state verification system that recognizes no-income-tax states and adjusts the interface accordingly would resolve this issue.
