YOUR SERVICE could be more user friendly. You do not disclose the $$ amount until the end. This is close to scamming us out of extra money that we couldn't afford. If I had known how much it was going to cost I would not have used your service. You should disclose all money for your service expected up front. Once we went through everything and completed it of course we had to pay. Very unhappy with the way you conduct business.

JUST GETTING ON LINE WAS A HAVE USED TURBO FOR OVER 10 TEARS WITH LITTLE PROBLEMS until i HAD TO CHANGE MY PASS WORD LAST YEAR . THEN IT WAS IMPOSSIBLE TO GET ON .

Easy filing.

We have always used Turbo-Tax. Like the idea that the software is not so expensive this year, but the filing charge seems a bit much. Still it is nice to zip through the forms and have it all completed in one afternoon.
