Easy to use and makes filing taxes easier, only complaint is that they seem to be increasing the price each year.

Turbo Tax - Hidden fees

I appreciate how simple and user-friendly the tax filing process was. However, I am disappointed by the unexpected fees that weren't disclosed upfront. Transparency in pricing would make this a much better experience.
