Don't say free when you charge for free use

it is a very good and easy product to use. My only complaint is that if you are filing for by yourself, it should be completely free. To those who need help, by all means let them pay an expert for help, but if you're filing alone and haven't purched any upgrades, why then would you charge over a hundred dollars for a supposedly free application. 39 dollars for the free version, no boosts. Another 39 dollars on something else, and 40 dollars as a processing fee to have these costs taken out of my refund. This is ridiculous! 118 dollars off my taxes for a "free" service is just upsetting.
I just had to get that off my chest. I will say the website is easy to navigate and understand. The step by step process makes it so easy that even teenagers can understand.
