Bait and Switch

I do not understand why this ended up costing me $128 in the end. I feel like it was another bait and switch again this year. Seemed like i had no choice but to choose the deluxe option. Not sure i'll continue using TurboTax for a 6th year.

Impossible to E-File

I will never use your service again. Year after year I have paid you to do my taxes only to get to the very last step -- to e-file -- and have the process stopped dead because you've munged the Utah state ID number and provide no way to fix your formatting. Done.
