Offered paid services at $19 and optional when I first started and by the time I was done it was $49 and mandatory. Feels like a scam because you made it seem optional up until the price went up dramatically.

Turbotax has been awesome. I haven't had any issues with filing through the site. Any questions I had were answered in a way that I could understand. I would definitely recommend using these services.

Need an e-file refund = not able to efile

I had to pay for electronic filing by credit card prior to continuing with my deceased parent's tax return. After I paid the fees, I was alerted that I could not file electronically. I want a refund of the fees that I paid for Turbo Tax Deluxe as well as my state filing fee. I need to file both returns by mail.

WHY CANT I PRINT MY RETURN IT IS REJECTING MY RETURN FOR SOMETHING I DONT EVEN HAVE AND THE PAPER I DO HAVE IT SAYS I DONT EVEN HAVE TO PUT IN FOR HEALTH INSURANCE. YOUR PROGRAM DOES HAVE A PLACE TO PUT IT IN.
