Going with someone else from now on

Honestly it's going downhill. I spent 30 minutes trying to figure out what was wrong with my returns on state and even had someone else look through my information, but of course I couldn't talk to anyone from the company without paying another $50. And nothing inside the return would tell me what was wrong. I had to redo EVERYTHING and even then I just put in the same information. It's too expensive, and it's becoming too complicated with their questionnaires, and I HATE that you have to pay more money to be able to speak to someone. Definitely going with someone else to file starting next year.
