Turbo Tax is a great tool!

I didn't realize I had selected the Turbo Tax MAX program so I typed a question in the chat, but never did see an answer to it...I was charged for 2 services rather than 1..It charged for the Deluxe as well as the MAX. Is this the normal thing you all do, or should I have just been charged for one or the other??? I tried to cancel the MAX, but it said I had already paid for both services plus the Iowa State return...Please let me know the answer to these questions as soon as possible via text and/or email..Thank you for your assistance in this matter

Expensive, got charged the amount I would have been charged for someone else to do my taxes for me, but instead I had to stress about it myself...
