I feel it was fair, easy to use and very informative. I do believe when requiring signatures "null" bank is very sketchy and makes the process uneasy to complete at the end. but desperate measures I guess

Fees just keep adding up. Trying to upsell me the entire way. Won't recommend Turbo Tax to anyone I know and that's for sure. Slid in another $40 processing fee right at the end.
Pros: My employment status changed this year
