Simple to use, Annoying upsales

It's quick and easy with questions that are easy to understand for filing. My only gripe is getting interrupted multiple times to upgrade to Max. Once, at the end is fine. I also find it misleading to put $49 as the cost and in little bitty print, "an additional".
