TurboTax SUCKS!!!

It sucked! I couldn't log into my regular TurboTax account because "There is a problem on our end"
So, I had to use my other email address to make a new account.
Also, I'm used to getting a $1000+ return every year, and this year after paying into federal, getting a return from state, and paying for TurboTax, I made $40. Unacceptable

Stop asking to pay for more expensive upgrade plan

Constantly advertising to upgrade and pay a more expensive plan, repeatedly over and over which makes it take longer and more lengthy to get it over with and complete taxes.
