Its easy and convenient to use, but the fees are a lot for simple returns like school loan interest. There's constant ads for other versions with bigger fees and once you select one it is difficult to revert back.

While I like Turbo Tax, I really get tired of having to weed through your promotion stuff for other products that your pushing. And making it difficult to figure out how to get past them. It would make it nice to include a simple button that one can click that says either 'Yes' or 'No'.

I love Turbo Tax! I use it every year and with every filing status change. The step by step process is simple and dare I say enjoyable as I can follow along and click on the "?" mark to learn more about why certain situations either do, or do not apply. Feeling secure and knowing that your taxes have been done accurately is priceless. Thank you Turbo Tax for keeping the costs down and your service outstanding! Laura
