My experience was okay. However, I didn't appreciate being forced to select the deluxe version to continue with my return. It feels like a tactic by TurboTax to get more money. That option wasn't available when I tried to remove the deluxe version. Aside from that, everything else was good. The filing process was easy, and the instructions were clear and straightforward.

Sucks, don’t believe that I should have to file, tried for “free” and was informed of my need to upgrade to deluxe for $29.00. Declined and then had to upgrade for $49.00. You people owe me $20.00. Why can’t I select 0 stars?
