Didn't interact with anyone. I had to call a church member to assist. Other than that I love how it has everything set up. I feel the price is too high for filing on my own but I have no choice right now.

Good, Except for One Major Glitch

I would love to give more stars but TurboTax had a major glitch for us this year, which was going to have us paying taxes instead of getting a significant amount back! Luckily, we figured out your error....Turbotax prompted us to put in my husband's income twice. He said he had already entered it but the program was making us go through the steps again, so we thought somehow it hadn't gone in. When we saw that we were now owing taxes, we knew it was a program glitch so we went back into income and sure enough---it was in there twice! Whew!! We had already been prompted to upgrade to TurboTax deluxe for $49, so we expected better service for that fee honestly. I wasn't about to upgrade further in order to figure out Turbo Tax's mistake! Glad we figured it out ourselves. All in all, Turbo Tax is still easier than doing our taxes ourselves. But I'm surprised by glitches like this!

i DEARLY MISS THE DISK TAX RETURN. THIS NEW SYSTEM SEEMS TO BE ADEQUATE, BUT I PREFER TO REVIEW MY RETURNS ON PAPER.
