I had trouble logging in, and I still think I qualified for a free return but your system would not do that. If you find I am correct you could refund my $39.00.

Convenient and fast

TurboTax is fairly easy to use, and fast. It sure beats manually filling out forms, even for those of us with simple information. For younger folks, it's important to know how to fill out tax forms, but for those of us who are older and tireder, and maybe our eyes don't work so great anymore, TurboTax is nice and convenient.

Very easy to understand and complete. For years we had a tax account. So glad we can do our taxes ourselves.
