User friendly and experience from using this software last year is consistent. Also, TurboTax is very informative.

Turbo Tax hides fees

There are hidden fees. You should show those right at the beginning. You think you're just paying 50 bucks and then it ends up around $130.

Turbo tax is awesome

Turbo tax helped us. We've always had to pay in. With a little advise we were able to get a refund this year

Tax Time

Turbo Tax is easy to use. The only thing I was not happy with, is that when I finished doing the taxes, I was quoted a price. I went out and saved it so I could find information to e-file. About 10 minutes later I went back in and the price increased by $10. That was totally unfair. Hey if I had tons of money to spare, I would have had an accountant do them for me.
