The 2024 software was not as user friendly as it has been in the past. Some areas were very confusing and I remember that in the past it was very straightforward
Pros: My employment status changed this year

I enjoy using TurboTax for many years now, and will continue as long as it stays as simple as it is.

Turbo tax is a great app to use for filing your taxes. However, when it comes to explaining things that you don't understand the app could explain a little bit better. All in all it is a wonderful app.
