Turbo Tax reduces the complexity of Tax Prep

My income tax process is complicated somewhat by having a side income which requires a bit more preparation than just a simple income tax would. Thankfully Turbo Tax handles these issues easily and provides all the forms that are required. Another easy tax preparation year for me as a retiree, all thanks to Turbo Tax.

good until I need to change checking deposit info

the experience was good unti time to file. My bank account number had changed. took me 45 minutes to change checking account information in order to file. I was and am still very pi**ed off about that. you must make it more clear and easy to change account information. if not I will never use turbo tax again, EVER
