Terrible

I've been using this for years and this time you forced me to pay for deluxe due to having HSA's that I don't even have. You then claim it's only $39 and can pay with the income tax. Then proceeded to charge me $39 twice and $40 to use the tax money. I will be going elsewhere moving forward. That was $118 that should be coming back to me. Ridiculous.

Love TurboTax

It was very easy to use, even for someone like me with dyslexia. It took pictures of my W2 for me so that I wouldn't mess anything up.
Pros: My employment status changed this year, I had a baby

Pretty great and self explanatory except the part where the paid tools are added- they should be able to be easily removed
