The cost of using your refund should be visible. I was very unhappy about that $40 fee. I would have used my credit card

This was very easy to use. Ours was a simple standard deduction with Social security. It was nice to have the program calculate how much of our social security was taxable.

easy to us but some glitches.

It was very easy to use but I did run into some glitches. The system couldn't recognize banks from my 1099 int forms that were already in my account from last year. I had to manually enter all 3 of my banking forms. Also, when I tried to file, I selected the $39 to come out of my return. But when I went to transmit and do the final review, it showed $79 coming out of my return. I had to stop the return, go back and select credit card to prepay for the service.
