Turbo Tax is "Thunder of Innovation"

I did not have the privilege to speak/chat with a live person but, I enjoyed the experience of feeling comfortable while filing my taxes simply because I had the right guidance throughout the process. I have been engaged with the Turbo Tax filing process for the past 12 or more years.
