Excellent if you don't need an actual preparer

Turbo Tax is very easy to use and has been very good. I just came across an issue that I've missed for years and if I had known about this it probably saved me a good amount of money. This is in regard to Homesteading your primary residence. If I had done this, I'd be saving money on my real estate taxes. If I had used a human tax preparer, odds are they would have asked why I hadn't applied for Homesteading.

Turbo Tax is excellent!!

I have used it for the last several years and think it works very well. The help features always seem to answer my question or point me in the right direction. I actually called the 1-800 no this year with a question and the lady that helped me was excellent. I was able to go in and get a new pin for this year and correct my return pretty easy actually. Their customer service is really very helpful. I have used other programs before but Turbo Tax is my favorite, wouldn't use anything else.

Rep Naquika (Sp) resolved all of my issues regarding changing my banking information. I. tried to resolve the issue on my own however I was unsuccessful. She was knowledgeable, professional and efficient. The best ever!!
