Turbotax is inefficient and frustrating

inefficient, inconvenient and frustrating. The process is very confusing and not user friendly, and the hidden fees are gross. Also somehow my documents from the last two years of filings are no longer available to me to use. Disappointing.

Losing a customer

straight up scam. shameful.I was under the impression i would be filing for free. just when I was about done it was 39$. After a bit it was $78. then they tried to charge me $118.
