TurboTax bleeds you for every dollar they can get

TurboTax wants every dollar they can squeeze from you. They charge double my State return just to file the state tax forms in addition to the federal ones, they'll push you to buy extra 'services' that 99% of people don't need, and if your tax forms are any more complicated than a W-2 or 1099 you'll have to pay for that, too. Just E-file with the IRS. It'll take longer but at least you get to keep your money.

Nickel-and-dime payment tactics

Filing taxes - constantly trying to find ways to nickel and dime the consumer. Apparently having had healthcare through healthcare.gov at the beginning of the year was enough to make the form not "simple" any more, and the cost was shown to be $38, but it was for BOTH STATE AND FEDERAL, and not stated until you had to pay for the service.
I will not be using any of your services again.
