Turbo Tax is helpful and the cost is reasonable.

This is the first time using the online version of Turbo Tax. I have used the disc option for the past 5 or 6 years. So, it was a little stressful to say the least. I had to learn the new program and make sure everything else was correct. Time will tell if all was well. Next year it should be better with a lot of the info already entered.

Turbo Tax is not awesome

Every little turn Turbo Tax tries to add on more fees, and the ones that seem convenient (like paying for your return through your Federal return) are not made explicit that there will be an additional fee.
Exploiting people in this time is gross and I only use your product because its convenient, but every year I hate you more.

A little confusing as when data was entered from last year's preparation i did not recognize the submitting agency. I needed to re-enter the information to be sure it was correct. I needed to dig out last year's submission to find the corrected data and then i recognized it.
