THE WORST EXPERIENCE I'VE HAD SO FAR WITH TURBOTAX. ASKED FOR DRIVERS LICENSE INFO BUT WOULDNT LET ME TYPE IN LICENSE #. WOULDN'T LET ME DELETE CONTROL BOX # ON W2 EVEN THOUGH IT SAID IT WASNT NEEDED. HAD TO SPEND A LOT LONGER ON TAXES THIS YEAR TO FIND A WORK AROUND.

VERY GOOD AND EASY TO WORK THROUGH. WE THOUGHT WE WERE PAYING ONLY $49 DOLLARS AND WE WERE CHARGED $129 WHICH WAS SUPRISING.
