It cost way too much. They force to use add ons that is not necessary. All I had was a w2.

Like everything else it now costs to much!

Everything was great till I went to pay for doing my income tax besides fee for fileing my federal and state ( $39 each ) they charge a processing fee of $40, Kind of steep for a totally automated site. Because of this I did not get the audit protection

Very easy. Step by step instructions. Every page turned to tell you what to do and if you missed something, it will also recap and go right back to the spot that you missed
