Verification process

To file, a verification code was sent to y email. I never received it. it said "no content found". I had to start over and create a new email to file my taxes.

Didn't fulfill all the promises.

why wouldn't you let me print my Ohio tax and why go to all the trouble giving you the information for my RITA tax when you wouldn't allow me the form to send it? You also said this would be free and you charged my $39 even though I kept saying I didn't want he Deluxe (which didn't do anything extra). What a scam!

I have gone with you guys for my taxes in the past. But now I am disappointed with the whole process of doing my own taxes. You guys take out $49.00 for using your so-called "free" TurboTax. And on top of that, you expect people to pay $40.00 to you guys, for using the money that we the people earn back from the federal and state, to pay for doing our own taxes. This is so disgusting how low you guys have become. Ripping us from every dime we ever make, I will not be using you guys ever again. I feel bad for the people who have to read this, who have nothing to do with how TurboTax is being ran... But something needs to change about your "fees" for every tom, dick, and henry!!
