TurboTax is not awesome

Your product is useful but I hate how there always seems to be a surcharge for nearly everything that isn’t the tax return of an 18 year old. Even worse is that these surcharges come right in the middle of preparing, so by the time you reach them it’s a hassle to stop at that point and return to using the free version.

This makes 2 years I have done my taxes with TurboTax! I seriously don't know anything about all this however, it is so easy to figure everything out because TurboTax makes it simple! I will definitely continue using them that's for sure!!! Thanks so much TurboTax!

When I googled "free federal tax filing" TurboTax is the first thing that came up. I did my entire taxes to come to find I must pay 79 dollars out of pocket (or even more if taken from my refund). I cannot stomach doing my taxes again on a different site, or I would do that. I'll tell you this much though, I won't be using TurboTax next year.
