I love my tax guy, but with this current economy I just can't afford him anymore. I decided to do my own taxes for this first time by myself, and TurboTax was super user friendly. I got my Max refund. I'm hoping everyone's economical situations improve next year.

I have been filing with Turbo Tax for more than 5 years now and I never had any issues. I will continue to keep using turbo tax for that reason alone. They are Great. Easy Peasy Tax Filing :)

Just as expensive as a live person

Turbo Tax is great except for the fact it is trying to get more and more money every other page. It already costs a lot to live, then it costs to file then you get hit with a 40 DOLLAR PROCESSING FEE!?!? That seems excessive and sad to pay a processing fee that high. It is sad because you know people will (or have to) do it because many can't afford to pay the fee outright. I honestly could have had a live person do my taxes for the same price; I did not go that route as I thought you would be cheaper.

Turbo tax is very user friendly and easy step by step process. I actually learned more about taxes doing them this year more than any other year I've done them. Thanks turbo tax for making tax season easy for me.
