For The independant tax filer

definitely helpful when it comes to inputting your tax information but they're are too many fees in order to get the best help possible and you still have to pay for the service which can come out of your taxes but theres an additional $40 processing fee that makes the customer feel like they've gotten money taken from them. but other than that i love turbo tax and will be using them again.

don't like the fact that you don't see fees until the end. Also, every year, it keeps asking for my military pension information - adding a deduction for state taxes - then showing an error for military pension deduction, stating I'm not eligible.
