Turbotax sucks, long time user will not be using

ZERO STARS. I will not be using Turbotax next year. Did a review and it said everything was fine. Paid for it. Did a secondary review, all of a sudden there is an issue with box 14 on the 1099 for the state. Would not let me e-file, was saying the tax amount I paid should be zero. When I updated my small state refund updated to show I needed to pay the state. Called Turbotax, they were not able to fix and my call was disconnected. I think this is an ongoing issue. Now I cannot e-file and I need to paperfile. Worthless.

Easy to do yourself

Very easy to file my taxes myself. Cost less than going to an accountant and was able to do on my own time in the comfort of my home.
