Very easy to use but cost is a little high price especially $40 to process your payment from federal refund

Too expensive - I have to pay for this service, when they say it is free.

Fast and easy to use but when you are supposed to get a small refund but have to pay an outrageous amount in fees when they say its free, then tell you that you can claim the fees but never give you that option. I think Im done with Turbo Tax and the Fees. I understand some fees but when they add up to over $200 that's a lot!
Pros: I moved

EXCELLENT SERVICE! Very easy to use. We paid people hundreds of dollars for year to file our taxes. Turbo Tax cost less than $100 and got us better returns.
