Turbo Tax is a rip-off and truly disappointing.

I have been using Turbo Tax for over ten years, purchasing the disc and each year the disc would allow me to auto fill my return and my sister and sons returns for a smooth and efficient process. This year the disc is not available and I downloaded the program. I paid for the program and it said that I had five free federal electronic filings. None of this happen. This was the most disappointing experience that I have ever had with filing my son's return. Even though I had already paid for the download the system charged me again at the end of the process. Unbelievable!!! So when I do my return, it will most likely charge me again. If I have to fill everything in from scratch, I may as well go to H&R Block, where I can purchase the disc and no that I will not be charged again at the end. Being charged again was most disappointing because to question it, I most likely would have had to start all over again. I will be moving to H&R Block so that I will not have to be surprised again at the end. In the past I had also used Intuit's other products when I was leasing property, for record keeping. Not any more!!!

was able to answer my questions without using a live agent. saved us lots of money. i love the new feature where u can take a picture and upload your W-2!
