Could Be Better

Easy to use but buffering seems to take too long. BIGGEST problem is getting/printing copies of my returns. System says it’s putting it together and may take a few minutes. Thirty minutes later still not dive. Tried twice to do it. Gave up and just went ahead with efiling without seeing returns first. Happens every year. Thinking of switching to different vendor next year.

Easy to follow instructions and no bait and switch on charges. We sent with the MAX option. The date it filled in was for 2024 had to go back and change to 2025. That was the only problem.

Love that my information is saved year after year, makes it go quickly. Just wish the format stayed the same each year (I said that last year too:). did really help entering my childs first year of college expenses>
