TurboTax is has an ease of use, however there are always additional hidden fees that costs you more than what it specifies. It's a little outrageous to claim it is a free system to utilize. Always disappointed in this.

Convenient with False Advertising

User friendly but false advertising. It's not free to file. Then you're charged a $40 processing fee just to use your federal return for payment of fees.

TurboTax is Great!

I was nervous to attempt filing my taxes without the assistance of a tax professional however I was pleasantly surprised at how easy and straightforward the filing process was with TurboTax. I’d recommend their service to anyone regardless of the complexity of their tax situation.
