Friendly and easy to use. Service, if necessary, has been wonderful to work with being very thorough and finding solutions to issue as necessary. Help to gain more insight in changes to tax laws.
Pros: My employment status changed this year

Filing was simple, but misleading because I qualify for free 1040 filing as advertised and had to pay $78 to file sate and federal.
